Digital Services & Consultations:
Once a service has been booked or delivered (including but not limited to graphic design, marketing content, tech support, or consultations), it is non-refundable. If you experience any issues or are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days so we can work toward a resolution.
Digital Products:
All digital downloads, templates, and graphics are final sale. Because of the immediate access granted upon purchase, refunds will not be issued. If you have trouble accessing your files or need support using your product, please contact us—we’re happy to help.
